Key points of pipeline centrifugal pump: (1) commissioning: check whether the joint is loose; rotate the coupling and rotor by hand to see whether the unit is flexible, whether there is abnormal noise and uneven weight, so as to judge whether there is foreign matter in the pump, whether the shaft is bent, whether the seal is installed incorrectly, etc. Check whether the clean No. 20 lubricating oil in the sealing chamber fills 1 / 2 of the chamber space; whether the surface of the pump unit is clean; unit steering no-load test. (2) Manual start: fill the pump (the first time), slightly open the outlet valve, start the motor, when the pressure rises, confirm the stable operation of the pump unit, gradually open the outlet valve to the working condition requirements. (3) Operation inspection: when the pump is in normal operation under power frequency (frequency conversion), the readings of ammeter, voltmeter, inlet and outlet vacuum gauge, pressure gauge and flowmeter of the pump set shall be regularly checked and recorded. Whether the vibration, noise and temperature rise of the unit are normal. There should be no obvious leakage of jet fuel at the shaft seal. (4) Normal shutdown: close the exhaust valve, make the pump light load, stop the motor. (5) Emergency shutdown: (1) abnormal indication of pump motor working ammeter (too large or very few); abnormal noise from watersunny pump system. (2) the indication of the vacuum pressure gauge at the inlet and outlet of the pump is abnormal, the pump body vibrates greatly and makes abnormal noise, which leads to serious performance degradation. (3) The pump motor has peculiar smell, the aviation oil leaks from the shaft seal, and the bearing temperature exceeds 75 ℃. The main points of rapid maintenance of varem pipeline centrifugal pump are as follows: 1) loosen the plug on the sealing seat every 500 hours, and use a syringe to extract the residual oil in the cavity; fill the sealing cavity to half of the cavity volume with qualified No. 20 mechanical oil (check whether the refueling method is appropriate: the oil will not flow out when the oil pump is running); tighten the plug to prevent leakage. 2) When the mechanical noise of the motor increases and the bearing temperature rises abnormally, check the lubrication of the motor bearing. If the grease is discolored or dirty, it should be replaced in time. 3) When oil leakage is found in the sealing seat, the screw plug on the sealing seat can be loosened to run the oil pump. When the oil comes out and smells like aviation oil, it can be judged that the mechanical seal is invalid. Stop using the pipe pump to replace the mechanical seal quickly. 4) Methods to replace the failed mechanical seal: (1) prepare the workbench (ground) and disassembly tools for placing pump parts, and do not place them randomly, so as to avoid damaging pump parts. (2) Before disassembly, make sure that the motor is in the maintenance state; screw off the oil plug and suck out the lubricating oil in the sealing seat cavity with the suction pipe. (3) Disassembly of split coupling: first loosen the fixed hexagon socket head screw of the coupling, and then gently pull down half of the coupling from the shaft (be careful not to fall off). Use a ring wrench to loosen the suspension bolt and stop of the pump shaft, let the impeller sink into the pump body slowly, remove the other half of the coupling of zilmet pump, and remove the pump shaft retaining ring. (4) Remove the seal seat: loosen the compression nut of the seal seat, gently remove the seal seat (Note: do not break the rubber oil seal on the seal seat) and clean it. (5) Remove and clean the bearing seat: loosen the bearing seat slightly, lift the bearing seat with the removal bolt, lift it up along the axial direction of the pump and remove it; clean the bearing and valve seat with jet fuel, dry them before installation, and apply a small amount of 20 oil for lubrication protection. (6) Disassembly of mechanical seal: grasp the seal spring and lift it up along the axial direction of the pump. (7) Mechanical seal assembly: apply a layer of clean 20 lubricating oil on the mirror surface of the dynamic and static rings; lubricate the guide bearing seat, and then put the static ring into the guide bearing seat gently; put the lubricating oil on the pump shaft, install the dynamic ring part of the mechanical seal on the pump shaft gently, and push the seal ring gently by hand to make it retract freely (note that the anti rotation parts of the dynamic and static rings need to be assembled in place) )。 (8) Installation of sealing seat: first install the rubber oil seal on the sealing seat, then install the sealing seat on the pump cover, press it on the bearing seat, and tighten the nut. (9) Coupling installation: first install the retaining ring on the motor shaft head, install half of the coupling, then install the limiter on the pump shaft end and coupling groove, and tighten the bolts with a ring wrench (lift the pump shaft by 3 ~ 5 mm to provide mechanical seal prestress); then install the other half of the coupling, and screw on the hexagon socket head screw, which must be tightened. The correct inspection requirements for the installation of the coupling: the upper and lower clearance of the split coupling is even; rotate the coupling several times by hand to check whether the rotation is flexible. (10) According to the operation points, check whether the mechanical seal is replaced correctly and whether the pump unit operates normally.
