Within one week, the difference between the maximum clearance and the minimum clearance on the plane of the coupling shall not exceed 0.3mm, and the difference between the upper and lower or left and right center lines at both ends shall not exceed 0.1mm.. 5. When the unit has no base, it needs to be directly installed on the foundation. The method is similar to 4, but more attention should be paid to calibration. 3、 Precautions for installation of pipeline centrifugal pump 1. During the installation, the pipeline should not be pressed on the pump, otherwise it is easy to damage the pump; 2. During the installation, the foundation bolts must be tightened, and the unit must be checked regularly to prevent loosening, so as to avoid the huge vibration that affects the pump performance during the start-up and operation of the pump; 3. Before the installation of the pump, it is necessary to carefully check whether there are any hard objects (such as stone and iron sand) that affect the operation of the pump, so as to avoid damaging the flow passage parts during the operation of the pump; 4 In order to facilitate maintenance and safe use, regulating valves should be installed on the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump, and pressure gauges should be installed on the inlet and outlet flanges of the pump.
